Royal Decree:

The Royal Decree no. 14/2000 is issued to specify rules and laws regulating local associations and clubs: “We, Qaboos bin Saeed, the Sultan of Oman, after careful studying the state statute issued by the Royal Decree no. 96/101, the law of regulating clubs and associations in the Sultanate of Oman issued on January 1^st, 1972, and based on the public interest; we decide upon the following:

Article (1): accompanying provisions for the law of local associations are in acted

Article (2): referred to the law of regulating clubs and associations in the sultanate are repealed if any conflict occurred to provisions and accompanying law

Article (3): This decree is published in the Official newspaper and takes effect since the date of publication
